Sights around Shanghai March 27,2007.

Today we took a ferry ride across the Huangpu River. Buying tickets. The ramp to get on. Riding on the ferry, my friends are pointing at their riverside apartment buildings. They have awesome views.

The week of Chinese New Year, we stayed here in Shanghai and listened to and watched all of the fireworks everyday all day for a week. Lucky for us we're out a ways from downtown so it wasn't terrible. At midnight on Feb. 18th there were fireworks 360 degrees it was like a fireworks show finale for about a half an hour strait ! We don't have pictures, just video.They also decorate with lanterns because 15 days after the new year is the lantern festival.
